What The Program Includes:

One thing that truly breaks my heart is when I work with someone…and they simply don’t do the things. We’ve all seen that situation. Some of us—admittedly me!—have even been that person before. 

So I’ve created a program that doesn’t allow you to fail. It doesn’t allow you to fall off. It’s a constant build, but at a manageable pace, so you’re not bogged down with a ton of extra work. It builds with your business, not outside of it. And it’s all you.

“INSIDE-OUT” PERSONAL BRAND discovery

Starting from what’s inside of YOU, rather than some stiff framework made for someone else.
What lights you up? What makes you special? What are the elements of the YOU-est you that you can possibly be?
What won’t make you feel like you’re portraying a fictional version of yourself?

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. We’ll tackle only what you feel up to tackling. (You can always add more later!)

FEBRUARY - MAY:

Accountability Sessions

We’ll talk weekly. Yes, weekly. I want to make sure you’re always building, even if it’s just a little tiny bit.
It’s all about small, consistent steps forward.

Strategy Sessions

Every other week we’ll discuss strategy and tweak as needed in real time so we figure out what works best for you—both in terms of results, and in terms of your own comfort and bandwidth.

Working Sessions

Each strategy session will end with a working session, where you will actively start work on what we’ve just discussed while I’m there to help guide you and keep you on track. (See? I’m not leaving you to execute all of this on your own!)

Master Classes

Deep-dive sessions with subject matter experts to help specific elements of your personal brand be as strong as they can be.

Optional Group Calls

Learn from each other, ask me questions (and hear my answers to questions you may not have thought to ask!), and support each other.

HOW THE PROGRAM WILL PROGRESS

Step 1:

Pre-enrollment conversation about where you’re at and what you hope to accomplish.
This is free; I want to ensure you’re right for the program before I take your money!

Step 2:

Pre-work. I’ll send you a series of searching questions to work through with yourself regarding your gifts, your preferences, what lights you up, how you serve others, who those “others” are, how they wish to be served, etc.--in other words, starting with what’s inside you, as well as what’s inside them, so we can better work out what will resonate most for all parties.

Step 3:

Roadmap session. We’ll go through your answers, clarify what your journey should aim to look like, identify what you DON’T want (or need) to do, and figure out a flexible plan. We’ll also start work on clarifying your messaging, with other elements of your brand to follow.

Step 4:

Every-other-week 1-on-1 strategy and work sessions. Check-in calls on the weeks in between. You will own that time on my calendar, and that space in my brain.

Step 5:

Weekly group calls (recorded). I’ll solicit questions from everyone all week long and answer them on this call, as well as answering questions live. Hop on Zoom with the camera on and mingle, hop on with the camera off and ask me stuff, skip the whole thing entirely and just watch the recording–this group element is entirely up to you to embrace or ignore.

Step 6:

Master Classes. I know a LOT of subject matter experts. I’m hand-picking the ones I know can help this group the most. You’ll learn specifics from them that you can apply immediately to your own personal branding journey, and have the opportunity to ask them questions, as well as learning from the questions others ask of them. This is valuable access to top experts you may not otherwise get a chance to work with!

  • Build your personal brand. (But what is that, exactly? And how do you start?)

    It’s the version of you people need to know, and for a specific reason. You start by identifying what does and doesn’t feel like you, light you up, bring you joy, and get you psyched up. We’ll make sure the brand we build⏤which is really just the vehicle for letting others experience your special YOU-ness⏤is built all around the “good list,” and eliminates or at least reduces everything on the “bad list.”

  • Market yourself. (How? Where? Everywhere?)

    Common wisdom says, “Be where your clients are.” But I also say, “Be where you won’t hate being.” We’ll discuss where your blockages are, and what you can start incorporating into your marketing activities in a way that doesn’t suck.

  • Create “content.” (Again, where? What kinds of content? And with what time?)

    Again: it has to work for YOU. So we’ll figure out what types of content you won’t hate creating. I’ll help you develop content strategies that will fit into your work and your life, so content creation doesn’t feel like a distraction from your work, but rather as part of it. And we’ll see what does and doesn’t move the needle for you with your audience, and tweak your content strategy based on that.

  • Become “KNOWN.” (By who? For what? And, again⏤how???)

    Ah, that’s part of Step 1! What do you want to be known for? Who needs to know it? And how do they find those people currently? We’ll look at others who are occupying the types of spaces you’d like to occupy and see what they’re doing, as well as what they’re NOT doing, and run all of that through the prism of what you do and don’t actually want to be doing yourself.

A: Let’s build your brand NOW, so that when all that other stuff is ready (if it ever is!), you’ll be perfectly positioned to make even more of it!

Q: What if I’m not a “solopreneur”?

A: Lots of people can benefit from a strong personal brand, and from this program. It’s about identifying how you want to show up in your career and then getting a plan going. Let’s discuss how this work can benefit your particular situation (if it can!).

Q: What if I’ve got a product-based business? I’m not selling “me.”

A: You sure are! You’re not the only person who sells what you sell. Your primary competitive advantage is YOU: making people buy into your story, into supporting you, into loving how you specifically do what you do. Also, your business doesn’t exist in a silo: there are so many more opportunities to get your business out there, if only you were empowered to lead that charge.

Q: Will this program make me more money?

A: That’s on you. I don’t know what you do, how well you do it, what kind of trust you’ve built up, and what kind of energy you’re going to bring to taking this work from the theoretical into the practical. So while this program endeavors to put you in greater control of how your business grows, it won’t do it for you⏤thus, no guarantees.
